A: Weighted price Index of Bombay stock exchange's 30 companies is known as Sensex.
Q:What is Nifty?
A: Weighted price Index of National stock exchange's 50 companies is known as Nifty.
Q: Is there only 30 shares listed on Sensex and 50 shares listed on Nifty?
A: No, There are more then 2000 shares active on Sensex and Nifty. But only 30 and 50 shares are used to show the movement of Sensex and Nifty, respectively.
Q: Which one is better Trading or Investing?
A: Depends, But personally I believe that trading stands no where in front of Investing.
Q: My xyz is an Investor/Broker should I purchase stocks on his/her advice?
A: Again it depends on the quality of Investor xyz is, how much informed xyz is? What is his methodology of investing? It is better to take help of a financial planner, or Invest on your own risk. But I will suggest not to go by the broker's recommendations because maximum times they have their own interest behind recommendations.
